Haunted Hayride and House Ticket

THE LAST RIDE – HAUNTED HOUSE & HAYRIDE
Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the haunted house and hayride event (“The Last Ride”), I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in The Last Ride involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, psychological fright, falls, collisions, uneven terrain, loud noises, special effects, strobe lighting, fog, and sudden scares. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Health & Safety

I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of safely participating in this event. I agree not to participate if I am pregnant, have heart conditions, suffer from seizures, respiratory issues, or other medical conditions that may be aggravated by participation. I understand that I should not enter if under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

3. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless The Last Ride, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all liability for injuries, illness, damage, death, or loss suffered as a result of participation in this event, including claims of negligence.

4. Rules & Conduct

I agree to follow all posted rules and instructions from staff. I understand that physical contact with actors, damage to property, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

5. Media Consent

I grant permission to The Last Ride to use photographs or video footage of me taken during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation.

6. Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign below.
